Cross-Docking

Our warehouses have 800,000 square feet of space across multiple facilities in the Charleston region.  Two of the larger facilities are rail-served, all are U.S. Customs-bonded warehouses, and one is a Foreign Trade Zone. We specialize in supply chain solutions to customers in diversified industries including automotive, chemicals, food and beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, plastics, paper, wood and many other materials.  One facility has an ESFR sprinkler system and all facilities have security cameras, fire and safety monitoring, regular pest control and tightly-controlled visitor check-in. 

Bulk Handling

We handle multiple dry products in bulk and trans load it by different modes.  Services include handling in and out from bulk, packaging to client specifications, filling tanker loads, taking product from individual packaging and converting to bulk as required for various products including plastics, resins, pellets and some powders.

Chemical Handling

Premier offers warehousing supply chain solutions for the safe storage, handling and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals. Our services are conducted by trained and certified personnel, following specific safety standards and regulations according to product SDS and environmental compliance practices. Our services include dry bulk transfers, packaging drums, totes, super sacks and transportation services.  We understand that strict adherence to requirements and quality assurance are imperative to our clients and those in their supply chains. We follow documented processes and continuously monitor the efficacy of these processes.

Consolidation & Deconsolidation

If you need to consolidate smaller shipments into one larger shipment, we can help you. We have the right equipment, experience and staff to handle these complex operational projects. Our container freight station allows customers to reduce costs by saving on transportation, quicker transit times and having local staff ready to respond with expertise in customized solutions.  Our suite of technology tools support robust reporting, tracking and inventory visibility.

Foreign Trade Zone & Bonded-Storage

Premier has a foreign-trade zone (FTZ), a container freight station for zone-to-zone transfers and is a customs-bonded company from its facilities to its transportation.  A foreign-trade zone and the container freight station can help companies importing and exporting save money (by saving on duties), streamline paperwork and reduce delivery times. Multiple services can be performed in an FTZ, but are not limited to, assembly, testing, sampling and repackaging.
